curly haired Josh

Here is our last picture of Joshua. Poor Jeffrey worked for hours trying to get this picture to come in. :) Joshua was just changing and growing into a young man so quickly. I still can't believe he is not here with us any more. My brain is still unable to comprehend our loss. Jeff is going to put the pair to Joshua's ear ring in his ear on Joshua's birthday which is coming up in September. September 26 my little boy would have turned 11.

Please keep Stefanie and Joe in your prayers. They are the two friends that were with Joshua when he jumped in the water. Stefanie was very traumatized and is still very upset. Joe is not talking about it and going on as if nothing really happened. We have given them each a Bible and the poem I wrote and I am hoping some seeds will be planted for them to learn about Jesus. We also gave a Bible to Xena who has been his friend since we first moved here.

*Heavy sigh.

Nice job on the picture Jeff. Josh is so cute. I'm sorry I didn't help you get the earring in when I was there - we just didn't seem to be able to get it together.

I have been remembering to pray about Stephanie and Joe - it is a tragedy which affects so many in so many ways.

Mostly Sally I'm remembering you and Jeff, Erik, Micah, Jacob and Lynn every day as you trudge through the disbelief.

all my love
T

Hooray you did it! The photo of Curly Joshua I mean. Good Job Jeff, and way to persevere!!! I love it!!!
Yes, I will continue to pray for both Stefanie,Joe, & Xena as they try to sort out their deep thoughts and sorrow over this unbelievable event in their lives. I pray they won't just hide it away as it would do them good to talk about it, and others are sure to understand what they are feeling. What a kind and thoughtful gesture on your part to give them each a Bible and your poem. Who knows what seeds will come to fruition as a result.....
More later, Love, Kelly :)

Okay, Sally, tell me you got the pins out today! Hurray!!! I hope all the pain is gone, and that you finally have relief from no-more-pin-grinding feelings in your hand!

Oh, and how did your interview go last week or the week before - I can't remember :-/
